SERENISEAT implements the CSR policy set by Groupe BHD.
Five-year goals are reviewed annually and monitored through quarterly indicators for each theme. Monitoring and control of the indicators are carried out by the Executive Committee and validated by the Group’s shareholders.
Annual reporting of results is shared with employees and stakeholders to review progress and define next steps.

- Reduce non-hazardous industrial waste
- Seek waste recovery solutions
- Reduce our energy intensity

Supplier Challenge
- Support our fabric suppliers in sourcing environmentally friendly or recyclable raw materials
- Explore options to take back end-of-life products when replacement occurs, if reprocessing or recycling is feasible
- Train our employees on environmental issues
- Implement a training plan focused on environmental topics
